I'm a general contractor and was asked recently to do a nice backyard remodel for a friend including the pool. I said I would only work on the pool if we worked with Hamlin pools. They arent cheap, but they have built three nice pools for me previously over the years with no issues. Most of their folks have been with them over 20 years in the construction side. We had the normal hickups along the way. At the end there was a pretty significant issue. We all reviewed and determined it could not be fixed. Without confrontation, they quickly resolved the issue at no additional cost to the cleint. In my experience...
